I will talk about what it takes to build or migrate a project to the new polkadot api: papi. I've built Delegit with co-hackers at the WZ web3 summit hackathon, then migrated Multix as probably one of the first large-ish app out there. I've learned a ton along the way, and I want to share this.

Thibaut has been building products for more than 6 years in the Polkadot ecosystem. Previously working for Parity, he was the creator or maintainer of some of the most used applications out there such as Polkadot-js extension, Polkassembly or Polkadot Vault.
Later part of Chainsafe, Thibaut has created and maintained Multix: an interface to manage multisigs, and Delegit.xyz (together with Nikos) an interface to delegate on Polkadot and Kusama OpenGov.
