ink! is a Rust programming language for Wasm smart contracts designed for Substrate appchains. This workshop is a hands on session where in the first 30 minutes you will learn how to:

• Setup environment with Pop CLI
• Introduce the components of ink!
• Create storage items for the DAO, including DAO name and unique ID.
• Deploying and using contract on Pop Network

Then you will learn how to build a simple DAO ink! smart contract on Polkadot with in-class guidance and support. Building this DAO contract will count towards one of the many challenges you can complete to earn exclusive prizes during your time at sub0.
